Food That Fuels

This is a perfect meal that will fill your body with sustainable energy and will allow you to focus on the rest of your day. This salad is vegan, gluten-free, and organic. This will allow you to eat like its summerduring the winter season. Pair this dish with a side of fruit and hot tea. IMG_20151004_130233 (1)

  • 1/4 cup Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup ChickpeasMix all of the ingredients into a bowl
  • add Red Wine Vinegar(stir till everything is nicely blended)
  • add Garlic Powder, Dill, Cilantro, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Stir again and place into a container and then cool it in the fridge
  • Once its chilled it ready
